Norwegian colocation for AI servers. In buildings that need heat.
Elvotek is developing liquid-cooled colocation and bare metal GPU capacity for AI and HPC in existing buildings, integrated with the heating system. Our first facility is in development.
Colocation and dedicated servers in Norway.
For teams and companies that need predictable GPU capacity in Norway, where you know where the hardware is and pay a fixed price per month. The service is in development, and we are happy to talk with teams who want to be among the first.
The hardware is in Norway
The hardware is located in Norway, operated by a Norwegian company and subject to Norwegian law. Physical access can be arranged directly with us.
Fixed, predictable monthly price
Avoid unpredictable hourly pricing and unexpected egress fees. You pay a fixed price per month, whether you bring your own server or lease a dedicated server (bare metal).
Liquid-cooled racks
Liquid cooling directly on the chips (direct-to-chip), or a rear-door heat exchanger for air-cooled servers. This gives an even temperature and stable performance under continuous load.
Ready for modern AI
When you lease dedicated servers, they come set up with an up-to-date software environment (PyTorch, CUDA, vLLM and Docker), so your team can get started without its own setup.
How it works
We are developing the solution that connects liquid-cooled GPU racks to the building's own heating system, so the heat from the servers replaces other heating.
Almost all the electricity a GPU server uses turns into heat. In a traditional data center, that heat has to be cooled away. In a building with a heating demand, it replaces other heating. This lets existing buildings house modern compute without large new data center facilities.
Two delivery models
You own the server. Elvotek provides space in a secured rack, power, liquid cooling suited to the server (directly on the chips or with a rear-door heat exchanger), networking and physical supervision at a fixed, predictable monthly price.
You lease exclusive access to a fully configured GPU server that we own and operate in a secured technical room.
Our business model
Elvotek earns its money from compute. We repurpose electricity that today only goes to heating. The property owner pays for the electricity, gets the heat from the servers and receives a fixed payment from us.
The test facility
The test facility is in development. It will test direct liquid cooling and heat delivery to the building under real operating conditions.
Specifications
Try the hardware
We invite engineering teams to try the hardware with demanding workloads once the test facility is running.
Turn the building's heating demand into a source of income.
We are looking for the first host buildings. The heat from the servers goes into the building's hydronic heating system.
Which buildings are suitable?
Buildings with a steady heating demand through the year are the best fit, for example hotels, care homes, swimming pools, laundries and housing cooperatives.
Compact installation
We install a secured, closed server rack in the building's existing technical room. The installation needs power, an internet connection and a connection to the flow and return of the heating system.
Fixed payment
We repurpose electricity that today only goes to heating. The building pays for the electricity and gets all the heat, plus a fixed, agreed payment from us. This assumes the installed capacity is matched to the heating demand.
We own and operate the equipment
Elvotek owns, monitors and operates the server rack, the cooling loop and the heat exchanger. The property owner provides space, power and a connection to the heating system.
About us
Elvotek is a Norwegian company offering colocation and dedicated GPU servers for AI and HPC, placed in buildings that need the heat. The servers are integrated with the building's heating system, so electricity that today only goes to heating also powers compute.
The company was founded in Rødberg, Norway, in 2026. We design, build and operate the facilities ourselves, and the first test facility is in development.
